Okay, Monday (2/9) is school week 18 (or week 6 of Term 2) and here's what we'll be doing in literacy:
Tales to Talk About - our title for this week is "The Monster Who Grew Small"
We're going to talk about courage. We'll look for points where the character was brave and where he was foolish. We'll talk about our own experiences with courage.
Text work - comprehension / composition
We're starting a new unit, so this is week 1 of an 18 day unit.
Our genre for this unit is adventure & mystery.
